The summary will also include helpful tips and tricks for maintaining a healthy lifestyle!
5 Day Custom Meal Plan

A custom meal plan that follows the daily recommended guidelines to help you reach your goals. It will include 5 days of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, as well as the daily nutritional breakdown. It will be tailored specifically to you and will also include recipes and tips!
10 Day Custom Meal Plan

The same format as a one week custom meal plan, but with an additional 5 days and even more recipes and tips!
Smart Cart Grocery Tour

To me, a healthy lifestyle begins in the grocery store! The smart cart grocery tour gives you the ability to bring me along to the grocery store with you (via Skype or FaceTime), to ask questions, receive advice, and to learn more about what to look for at the store, and what to avoid!
1 Custom Workout

A custom workout, tailored specifically to you! One workout is approximately 45-60 minutes long. Since it is customized, if you are the type of person that would prefer quicker workouts, you will be able to request multiple 15-20 minute workouts, for the same price! The customization also allows you to request the type of workout(s) that you would like (i.e. strength training, HIIT, cardio, pilates, yoga, etc.), along with any target areas you may want to focus on!
